As the only certified biodynamic producer in the Barolo region, he is a passionate advocate for native grape varieties, immense biodiversity, and community education from his estate on Lirano Hill, with sweeping views of Serralunga d'Alba.

Join us as Scott Thomas of Grappolo Food & Wine School moderates this conversation, where Enrico will share his family’s deep-rooted history and vision for the future of conservation in the Langhe, while we taste through the incredible Rivetto lineup including all the Barolo’s, Barbaresco, Barbera, and Nascetta.
