Join Restaurant Olivia as they launch their 2025 Apericena Wine Class Series with the acclaimed Barolo producer, Burzi. Wine director, Scott Thomas, and Caterina Burzi will lead an engaging conversation around our communal table, exploring the world of Barolo, Nebbiolo, and the Burzi family farm in La Morra. The tasting includes the full Burzi lineup, including two vintages of their coveted Capelot Cru wines, along with Barolo, Langhe Nebbiolo, and traditionally important, Barbera d'Alba. Seven wines in total.
These evenings combine learning with a relaxed dining experience featuring a light two-pasta dinner, chef-curated charcuterie, and the company of like-minded wine enthusiasts around our communal table.
