Italian Aperitivo Party for up to 8
The Italian aperitivo is a joyous moment that brings people together in celebration of conversation, thirst-quenching beverages, and small bites. And thanks to the rich diversity found throughout the country, what’s on the table solely depends on where you are on the peninsula.
Through the lens of an aperitivo, this experience is a taste journey through 6 Italian regions, highlighting one regionally-classic wine paired with one regionally-classic bite.
The discussion will cover all things food and wine culture, Italian native grapes, regional identity, why these pairings work, and how to replicate them in your own home.
We begin this session with a spritz of course…is there any other way?
Led by Chef Paula Thomas and Sommelier Scott Thomas
